final_poster-01 Genetics/heritage is an international conference that brings together perspectives from population genetics, archaeology, anthropology, and history to better understand the contemporary legacies of the transatlantic slave trade. This three day conference will highlight the results from EUROTAST, a Marie Curie Initial Training Network of science and humanities fellows as well as featuring cutting-edge research from leaders in the field. By bringing together new research from genetics and heritage, we showcase the productive results of collaboration across disciplinary boundaries. The conference was held at the International Slavery Museum in Liverpool, UK, April 23-25, 2015.
